Who would win?

Whoever is the most valuable intellectual property.

Cheers

Obould would be an Uruk, possibly one who reports directly to the Mouth of Sauron or the Lord of the Nazgul.

Legolas hasn't been around for three ages. His birth date isn't known, but he was probably born sometime before the Last Alliance or the early Third Age; he's too young to have fought against Sauron directly.

Like playing keep-away with a toddler. Mean, but funny. So funny. (Yes, I am a horrible person)

"Ahhhhh!"

Ha, it was just a passing sort of micro-rant comment at the time. But it would be funny! The One Ring turns its wearer invisible to normal sight. Gollum can easily be agitated into a ferocious little berserk. And Kenders are intrinsically comical-slash-frustrating creatures, falling into the midst of bored pack of these pickpockety vermin at the bottom of a pit would be a nasty fate for anyone. Good thing Gollum doesn't also carry things like a Wand of Lightning or Horn of Valhalla.

One of my favorite PCs ever was kender. Loveable little sprats. I fondly remember the ''question game.''
