Has anyone intregrated them into the realms? And to what effect? How did you develope crusaders and swordsages in particular?

I've kind of put trying to fit exotic classes into the Realms on the back burner right now, given that Eytan is working on that in an official capacity on WOTC's site. I'm interested to see what bits of lore he comes up with for these classes myself. For what its worth, I'm seeing these classes sneaking in a bit here and there in adventures recently. |

I noticed several of the "new" base classes popping (including some from Tome of Battle) in Return to Undermountain. |
