I have two quick (and I think quite easy) questions related to Halruaa sky fleet: 1)How strong is that fleet? How many ships does it have? 2)Who is the commander of that fleet?
hmm ... it aren't used for real battle since it is far to slow ... and it aren't Halruaa's fleet ... it is the wizards private sky ships (thats the idea i get out of my books) ... the only thing that make them specific Halruaan is that they (the Halruaan wizards and shipmakers) keep the knowlegde of how to make it as hidden as a pirate with his treasure

Several of the Skyships were used in the final battle in Elaine Cunningham's book Wizardwar. They were used in the battle againist the Mulhorandi invaders into Halruaa.
Hey Amnezjusz, 1. I can't find an excact number, and since they're being built in Halruaa by any wizard powerful enough to do so and wanting to show that he's powerful enough to do so, I'm sure the number is changing all the time. It does state in the Shining South that the Halruaan Military uses them for logistical support which would indicate that the Halruaan government; The Council of Elders, has some of their own. I imagine that the Council probably could commendeer private vessels for the country's defense. Personally, I wouldn't put the number above 150 in any case. 2.Overall control I'm sure would rest with the Council with the Netyarch having some greater degree of control based on his advisors and divinations. Your English is quite good by the way.
