Just got 4 novels today(The Blackstaff book in English and Elaine's trilogy translated in Italian).
I devoured half of the Blackstaff book already.
As a premise, bear in mind that I'm not typing these lines by solely being an Art fanboy, but this book got me absorbed by my sofa for 3 hours.
This book shocked me.
Since now I 've found inside everything I wanted to know about Arunsun. It contains episodes from the wizard's life as a mere child(centuries past), excellent descriptions of spells as they take place,an AWESOME spell battle and TERRIBLE SPOILERS about a mage's persona...
Mage fan boys rejoice. This books scores...
I'll write about Starlight and Shadows soon too...
Back to my sofa now.
Mod Edit: Add the SPOILER tag and shifted the scroll to a more appropriate shelf
Aren't Humans' lives short enough without wasting precious time worrying about revenge?
You did pick some good ones. Always loved the Starlight Trilogy. Enjoy
When hinges creak in doorless chambers and strange and frightening sounds echo through the halls, whenever candlelights flicker where the air is deathly still, that is the time when ghosts are present, practicing their terror with ghoulish delight.
Fellow scribes, remember, this shelf here at Candlekeep is for General FR Discussion. If you wish to talk about FR novels, I suggest you open a scroll in the FR Novels shelf located here:- http://forum.candlekeep.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=6
I'll shift this scroll over to the appropriate shelf now.
