There's the Kara-Tur box set for the 2ed. There's also several adventures, some of these I think you can download for free from WOtC page, the Horde box from the same page details the lands bordering Kar-Tur. The main box you will have to pay for a download of though, the same with the Kara-Tur trail map (I think that is the name, I do not own it myself).

Here's the link: Wizards downloads page

I have the Kara-Tur Trail Map. 'Twas one of the first Realms products I got.

The main box set goes for $20 or less, usually, on eBay. Or pay $4 for the pdf from Paizo.

I've been writing a few NPC's for the other continents as well, so look through the Laborer's articles in the Compendiums. :)

For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

Don't forget the DRAGON 3e updates for Kara-Tur in #315.

Another upcoming issue of DRAGON also features tidbits on the Hordelands.
