It's never too late to start a good habbit.

I'd like to welcome back Ditalidas. She seemed to have fanished from candlekeep and I tried to cope with the idea we might never see her back on this forum...
But it turns out so much better than I feared. She's back! writing her unexpected, pointed posts.
As you do differ in opinions with me ... you are inspiring me every so often to reply to threads I wouldn't have replied to elsewise.

Welcome back indeed, I just know nearly all your contributions will enlighten us one way or another.

Well, as it was said in some other topics, Bellua Aeneus Lacerta means "copper dragon" in Latin), and Bookwyrm is a dragon who likes books and knowledge (note the spelling of wyrm as opposed to worm), but I don't know who the third dragon in disguise is. Hmm...

Well, there’s a Dragon-Touched . . . a “drgonofred” (I think it just means red dragon, though I guess it could mean “Dragono Fred”), and of course, Kitira Gildragon. If there are others, I didn’t see them.

Wouldn't you know it, another dragon just flew in. And from his name, it seems like a dragon paladin . . . [sigh] Good thing I'm not overly territorial . . . .

Indeed Bookwyrm, this it is good you aren't territorial. This dragon has always been bigger than you, and carries big claws. But then bigger brothers always do.

ahem, my thanks for the complement, Bookwyrm, but I'm affraid to disappoint you. Unless I have more history that I don't know about, I'm still just a half-elf. Perhaps i'm hididng something I didn't even know about from my DM... it would explain my testy nature and occasional rages. ;)

A mysterious smile lingers around Ditalidas' mouth. A content look settled in her eyes.

I just love little secrets!

Thank you all for the warm welcome back. I will not be here on daily basis anymore as I used to be, but I'll try to check Candlekeep as often as I can.

Little secrets... hmmm how are you going to keep secret the fact that a high lady of Berdusk is about to crawl down into the city's sewers?

Well... the countdown is in your hands...
(see Marc's post...)

But oh, the smell, the stench down there... and I'm not even mentioning the creatures that roam there...

Hey! I can help removing the grating, but that does not mean I will go down there myself... High folk have servants for that! (ehm oops.. did I really say that?!?)

Ew...the smell is horrible indeed.

For those that have no clue what this last exchange is about...

The actors:
  • Lady Ditalidas Jalarghar, oldest daughter of the Jalaghar High Folk family in Berdusk
  • Marc, a young country lad recently arrived in the 'big city'
  • Emlyn, a halfing woman embraced by Ilmater's favor
  • Nik, a bard from Silverymoon who's jumpy at his own shadow
  • Puddy, a very curious faerie

The story:

You do not really think I'm going to ruin my clothes by going into that!

*Disgust is visible on her face as she points to the hole in the street that leads to the sewers*

No way!
