Is the walking sage in any of the drizzt collections? I heard somewhere he was in the sea swords book, but when I read it I didnt see him.

In any battle, the mightiest weapon is one that strikes unseen.
A Warrior or Wizard may be invincible in open battle, with their foes before them, but even they must sleep sometime, and cannot parry the knife that comes from behind.
Drizzt and Volo do meet up in the novel "Once Around the Realms" by Brian Thomsen. Volo meets up with many of the FR characters in that novel as he travels around the realms, hence the books name.
