War of the Spider Queen (several books, I know). And... Pharaun or Liriel.
Maybe it's Daughter of the Drow. This is a hard question.

| My favorite character is Entreri, or at least how he was up until the Transitions trilogy as I have not read those or any books he has made appearances in after. |

Too many to list for a lazy scribe. But I'd mention some:
The Return of the Archwizards Trilogy by Troy Denning - all the Tanthuls, Khelben "Blackstaff" Arunsun
Shadowstorm and Shadowrealm by Paul S. Kemp - Riven, Rivalen, Brennus, Telamont
Daughter of the Drow by Elaine Cunningham - Liriel
Annihilation by Phil Athans - Gromph Baenre
Dissolution by Richard Lee Byers - Pharaun, Gromph
The Haunted Lands Trilogy by Richard Lee Byers - Aoth Fezim, Szass Tam, Lallara Mediocros
Wizardwar by Elaine Cunningham - Tsigone
The Shield of Weeping Ghosts by James P. Davis - Bastun
Elminster: The Making of a Mage by Ed Greenwood - Elminster |

Ah! Can't believe I forgot Artemis. Yeah, a definite favorite. And those are now required reading for you! |

| Entreri, closely followed by Khelben and Riven. As for favorite book, I'm not sure. That's like picking a favorite Beatles song....damn near impossible. |

I am sure I will read them someday but that series is feeling too long-winded/forced for me right now. |

| This is hard; my favorite changes frequently! Right now, I have to say it was The Spectral Blaze. My favorite character is Aoth Fezim. Great character class and I like how level-headed he is about his job as a mercenary. I have to say, I was really rooting for Entreri in the Neverwinter novels. |

Yeah Haunted lands And Chosen of Nendawen trilogy were great but my favorite would probably be the Twilight war trilogy but Riven and Cale my favorites characters in that order. And in spite of how" one dimensional and old fashioned" he is I still love Drizzt. |

I'm old school!
I love The Wyvern's Spur and Giogioni Wyvernspur. Wish he got more books even though Alias and Olive are great too. Servant of the Shard is epic and my fave of Bob's books, love Kimmuriel Oblodra and Cadderly Bonaduce.

| Well, I guess it's no surprise to all here that my fave characters are all (gasp!) drow- Specifically, Drizzt, Liriel, and Jarlaxle, in no particular order. Fave books would be Homeland, Daughter of the Drow, and Road of the Patriarch. And Evermeet!!!! |

As for which book/s is/are my favorite, well that's a tough call. Which is why I'm not gonna make it, because I'm lazy. |

Ascendancy of the Last (or the whole Lady Penitent Trilogy) by Lisa Smedmen. Q'Arlynd Melarn.
Olive Ruskettle is one of my favourite characters, too, though. Especially when she was transformed into a donkey.
I like characters that are funny the most. |

I think that my favorite book was probably Horselords by a sliver. It was just so different and exotic. Actually, Empires was a great trilogy as a whole.
Favorite character? Hard to say. I always liked Azoun, but Akabar from Azure Bonds was always a favorite of mine too. And Bruenor was pretty good too. |

I think a lot of Realms readers tend to overlook what nifty stuff Horselords managed to bring to the setting.
Granted, it suffers somewhat for the fact that it greatly promotes the whole "real-world cultural" dynamics that plagued a lot of the 2e add-ons for the FORGOTTEN REALMS, but I tended to find that the book [and the rest of the trilogy by extension] played well with what we only vaguely knew about both the Taan and Kara-Tur as a whole. |

And it was released with the Horde boxed set, which was one of my favorite gaming accessories of all time. Between that and Time of the Dragon, Zeb Cook was the man. The book crafted a rich land and told me a story I was really interested in, and then the supplement set up a million square kilometres of fascinating locations for adventures. |

Time of the Dragon was an awesome boxed set. I distinctly remember picking it up off the shelf my local gaming store and thinking "Let's see just how far I can go ... " |

| Yeah, I remember picking it up based on the Dragonlance name on the box. I opened it up and was annoyed by the lack of War of the Lance stuff. Then I started reading it through, and by the time I read through it I had fallen in love with the setting. It wasn't until the advent of the internet that I realized that someone other than me thought that Taladas was solid gaming gold. |

It's hard to find folk who share a passion for Taladas. The DLNexus is always a worthwhile refuge, but it's rare for me to encounter any other discussions sites where active and positive chatting about the other continents of Krynn, receive their due. |

favorite book(s) Song and Swords series and Councilors and Kings series a close second
Favorite character(s) Danilo, Bronwyn and Tsigone
For my $, no ones creates and then breathes life into a realms character like Elaine can.
right on their heels would be Ghostwalker with Walker and Arya |
