If someone has can help me,I want to ask:
1.Is there any bard kit (or a similar bardic kit ) in AD&D, where the kit have the abilities of a bard but he do not cast spells???
2. Which melee classes (NOT prestige clases) on 3.5 edition has the perform skill as a class skill???

As far as I know, every D&D edition allows any character from any class to choose skills in things like playing musical instruments, singing, and performance. Of course, a bard will almost always do these things much better than a non-bard.
1)
AD&D 2E, PHBR7: The Complete Bard's Handbook gives some options you might like. It basically assumes the basic generic bard class written in the PHB is the "True Bard" kit; there are other kits (including race-specific ones) and some have less emphasis on spellcasting. The "Blade" kit has less focus on spellcasting, more on flashy combat. The "Skald" kit cannot cast spells at all, he only learns how to resist them - the "Skald" kit is also written out here, as published in the (Mystara) Savage Coast aka Red Steel campaign setting (once a free download).
AD&D "2.5E", the optional point-buy systems can produce a bard who is wonderful at many things but has no spellcasting, or a character from another class/multi-class who possesses some of the bard class skills. |

I also beleive the Duskblade (v3.5) with the Bladesinger conversion that allows you to use Perform as a class skill.

I know of three AD&D 2E Player's Option books: Skills & Powers, Combat & Tactics, Spells & Magic, also DM's Option: High Level Campaigns. Any of them can be used alone, although they work very well together.
"2.5E" is basically AD&D 2E using the better rules systems from all the PHBR (and DMGR) and Options books.
...
Another alternative: an optional rule from the AD&D 2E DMG, Chapter 3, "Creating New Character Classes". I've used this before and decided that it's too rough to be useful for major class design or overhauls, but it works well enough for minor class changes (like adding a bard power, for example). If you just need rules to apply to a single character or group then this should work perfectly "as is" or with a little experimenting and adjustment. I personally preferred using +XP% modifiers instead of the multiplier system, but both could work.
(A different version of this system is presented in the AD&D 1E-and-2E Greyhawk Adventures book, Appendix 1: Zero-Level Characters, "Skills From Other Classes". The results are much the same: characters can gain abilities from another class by trading away abilities from their own class or by paying a small premium on XP cost per level. I personally feel it's worth mixing elements from both books, but this one wasn't well known, now rare and expensive.) |
