In Faiths and Avatars, it says that the faithful of Torm are to pray four times a day (noon, dusk, midnight, and dawn) and that these prayers are a prescribed litany or chant. Occasionally specials prayers are added when the worshiper needs special guidance from Torm.

Does anyone know of these prayers have ever been seen in print or should I just head over to Ed's scroll and ask there?

You're better off asking Ed. Most of the rituals/prayers/etc were never detailed in print.

For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

I thought not. I had gone over my collection of sourcebooks and couldn't find anything. I didn't know if there was anything in the novels about it as I'm not as familiar with them (working on it, though).

Off to Ed's scroll.

it's useful to take dogmas from F&A and play with them a bit

I've had two players of Tormite characters do versions of these prayers for my Realms capaigns. Are you interested in non-canon versions, or just canon ones?

I've sent out the query to Ed, but in the meantime I'd love to see what other people have used, if you don't mind sharing.

(Although, with this scroll being found in the "Sages of Realmslore" wing of this great library, it would be best to clearly mark the information as Scribe speculation.)
