Hey Sages, as the title suggests I am looking for information on a possible coat of arms that would have been used in Myth Drannor. My players have found an ancient magical shield that I want the bard to see is connected to Myth Drannor. I could just make something up but I figured if anyone knew where an actual coat of arms for the city was detailed in previous lore. Thanks in advance for your answers!

I actually asked Ed a similar question a few years back, about what Myth Drannor's battle standard was. I'll see if I can find the reference when I get home, but IIRC it was an elipse of stars on an blue oval background.

Doggedly converting 3e back to what D&D should be...
Sigh... And now 4e as well.

Cool, thanks. I wanted to look through all the ask Ed replies but there are so many that it's hard to know where to start.

There are several arms of various noble families in the Cormanthyr book, as well.

Yeah, it's in Ed's responces. Look around early 2005 I believe.

Thanks, I don't have the Cormanthyr book, though I do have Lost Empires of Faerun and the Ruins of Myth Drannor box, I'll look through those when I get back home. I'll also check early 2005 in Ed's replies.

Edit: Found Hoondatha's question, page 26 of Ask Ed 2005, and THO's reply is on page 62 of that same year. Thanks!
