Here is the Link to the thread in Candlekeep's Inn:

It is called the Plots and schemes of Lords and Thieves if the link doesn't work correctly.

Hmm, I guess I'll have to send in a PM to Sage or Wooly then. I'll see if they can fix that.

Alright thanks to The Sage we should now be up and running again! Thanks again, Sage.

http://forum.candlekeep.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=14080

And here is the link again to the Thread Plots and schemes of Lords and Thieves if you all need. First post and setting are set for you all to begin character introductions between yourselves. Hope you enjoy the set up and the campaign!

Edit Note: Heh, well in my haste I think I should have proof-read it more closely, but I think you will get what I meant as you read it. There are only minor typos. Carrier should have been career as an example of one of my many oversights.

Is it still possible to jump in on this? What is the current group composition, I was considering either a Moon Elf Wizard(Conjurer) or Aasimar Cleric of Oghma. And while I am perfectly happy using a core class to 20, was there a decision made on PrC's, and if they will be Pathfinder only, or include 3.5 mateial?

Nope we still have room for people. We currently have a rogue/wizard, monk/wizard, cleric of helm, and paladin. I can tie you in here pretty easily as a "late arrival", but need your basic stats and name of your character name before you roll in and what role you wish to play. As already said by Sian we are kind of full on wizards, but if your going for a pure wizard (conjurer) I think you wouldn't step on anyone's toes too much.

Although I must say I'm hoping you pick the cleric of Oghma. Choice is yours though as always.

Edit: Oops forgot to answer about PrCs. I'd prefer you use 3.5 Realms Sources for PrCs, but I'm flexible on PrCs if you ask before hand it if is okay to go for a particular one in the general 3.5 sourcebooks. With cleric PrCs I'll have to tweak them some in order to fit the new system such as the Morninglord PrC for Lathander worshipers, since the domains don't operate quite the same in PF as it did in 3.5 system.

I vote we keep this thread up and going for a place to meet OOC and for questions, feat ideas, PrC upgrades/changes, etc...

And Abenabin, speaking of the Morninglord of Lathander PrC, my friend and I re-did the class to incorporate the changes to Channel Positive Energy, class requirements, and such (though we changed it to be used for the PF deity Sarenrae). I'll post them here if you'd like.

Sure, if you are willing. I'll give it a read and see if it is what I would do, but if it is balanced and all I'll probably use it.

Edit: Also we will be using this as our OCC board as it was suggested. So feel free to chat about the campaign or lurkers may post here as well for this thread is for that if you just want to talk with any of us.

Unfortunately I am going to have to respectfully bow out, my motherboard in m laptop decided to fry, and I will be without computer for the unforseen future, plus Im about to PCS(that means move for the uninitiated into military jargon). Thank you for the offer, and perhaps I could join later when I get thigns settled, if not enjoy the campaign.

Quite alright. Hope things will be on the up and up for you here in the future. If things settle down we can sit down and see if we can't get you into the campaign or not when and if that becomes an option. :)

If any of you want to just talk amongst yourself you can between your characters until tomorrow. It got kind of busy for me today so I left it open-ended if you all wanted to leave for the night or stick around until you guys want to head out tomorrow morning as a team. Since you all live in Waterdeep, aside from Balduran's char, you don't have to stay in the barracks it is just an option. Either case I'll have you all meet Bron tomorrow and will just have you all meet up there unless of course your character might want to dig up some information on their own, which I would be happy to oblige. Just put in the invisible script/spoiler color in the thread to let me know you are doing something on your own.

My apologies all. Got caught up in some real life things at the moment. I will post here shortly either later on in the day or tomorrow at the latest. Hope you all are enjoying the campaign so far! However, if you have any critiques or suggestions feel free to say. Feedback is the only way I know if I'm doing a good job or not, and able to adjust what needs it. Anyways, just figured I'd give you all an update.

I think we may have lost Diffan and/or Sian. I'll wait on them a few days to respond though before I say for certain or not. If that is the case, I guess I'll come to that bridge when it gets here.

Also Balduran I need an initiative roll for your character for his place in the order.

Hi.

I wonder if I could join in in the middle. It looks pretty fun.

If I am allowed, tell me the needed stuff and guides to use. Oh, and I have a GMT +6.00. Will that be a problem?

The spells are Silken Glue and Silken Rope, both from the d20 book Ultimate Arcane Spellbook. Level 0 and 1, respectively. Essentially, the first one creates a small glob that sticks to things and can hold objects together, stick feet to floors, etc. The other one is like a strand of rope with a sticky end that can he "shot" over a distance to make a sturdy climbing rope, or to cross wide gaps, grapple from a distance, or whatever. I may add a couple more later on, but won't be using these until next level, unless I decide to switch out something already on his list. (Not sure I want to keep a couple of the ones I have or not.)

Sill Alias, no it isn't too late to join, but you won't be joining in the current combat. What the rules are is that you must have Pathfinder Core Rulebook, and standard races in the FRCS 3.0 book. Drow, Druegar, and Svirfneblin need special permission to play with a strong concept. Alignment restrictions are standard with no Evil ones. You get one free regional feat to pick from from the 3.5 Player's Guide to the Realms. Class options are anything in the Pathfinder Core book, but druids and or barbarian classes need a concept as to why they are in a C&D campaign. Currently we have quite a few caster types and multi-classes. You can pick any class you want, but just informing you of what we have to help you gauge what role you may want to play.

Edit: Also rolling method is 4d6, drop the lowest, reroll lowest stat, and one set. If you don't have at least a 14 and a +1 total bonus for the set, reroll the entire set. You also start at level 3 with only 900 gold plus regional equipment that you get for your region you pick to be from. I need a concept of your character and what motives or loyalties they have at game start - if any.

Alystra Illianniis, those look okay to take by me. Just make sure you inform me what spells you pick when and if you change any or select when you level up.

Want to create fighter/cleric. Just wondering if I must use the class features in the pathfinder. And by set you meant standard roll of six times? I am pretty new to this, to be honest.

Hello there to you, too! No, just reading things over and helping out where I can is all. I've been in two PbP games here, and both ended sadly. I might be cursed, and Telethian is all out of remove curse spells to cast on me.

I hope you're having a great time, and if I can help at all with the Pathfinder rules, please let me know!
