I and my friends are a group of "FR nerds", we know(or think know) a lot of things of FR. I think we know more of Faerun than Real World, and we are creating a game of FR questions. This game is for the people that are a "FR nerds" like we. Test your knowledge of the realms, with this 3 first questions: 1) What is name of last king of Thetyr(before Lhaeo)? 2) Who discovery the new lands of Maztica? 3) What is the Capital of Sembia? Answer fast, and DON'T LOOK THE BOOKS, if you know this, wait more...

1) Valen, I'm not sure - Velen is in Tethyr. 2) First record of human trade/use is in -1088 DR but Nimoar's Hold (which became Waterdeep) was founded in 882 DR (same year as the fall of Ascalhorn). 3) I don't think there is a leader but the answer you want is Szazz Tam, the Zulkir of Necromancy.

Well, you're good, but not a "FR nerd" yet. You need to answer more... 7)Who create the dragon's cult? 8)How many years have Azoun IV(king of cormyr)? 9)Where is the city of Mezro? If you answer this, you are nearly a FR nerd...

Okay, you're good! But second the book "a tour in the realms"(ad&D 2º edition) Azoun has 50 years, maybe I'm wrong. Now is a hard part: 10)What name of Piergeiron's father(lord of waterdeep)? 11)Who are the seven sisters(names)? 12)Where is the city of Poquin? Please, don't look the books or internet sites, answer only what you know...

hrm... i had thought Azoun was in his 50s.. not 30's... but then i also pictured his daughters in their twenties (as i doubt the one still living daughter, whose name escapes me right now, would have been out adventuring if under 20... but then i'm probably wrong) As fo the questions... i always was bad with 'history' so even moreso in FR... buuuttt...
11. Paladin... that's why he's called Paladin-son (hehehe j/k) 12. Qilue (sp?), Alustriel, Sylune, Storm, Laeriel, Ammanaruel (sp? Witchqueen of Aglarond), and Dove. 13. Have no idea... somewhere near Peking China? :P i don't even recognize the city name... |

Okay, you're very very good! The city of Poquin is in the Sossal, a realm in east of the Great Ice, maybe neither Marco Volo know this realm... Here is the last questions: 13)Who are Akadia? 14)Who create a Undermontain(under of the city of Waterdeep)? 15)When was the year of mace? If you really know the answer for all questions(don't looking books), you're a "FR nerd"... |

13. um... never heard of them... 14. I can't remember if Halaster the mad created it... or if like dwarves carved the tunnels, or if it was natural tunnels and halaster changed undermountain to his playground... :P but something of those sorts... maybe a combination of them all... Either way Halaster is the master of undermountain right now... 15. Whatever year involved a lotta maces :P i dunno... |

1) God(dess) of Air - one of the 4 elemental powers 2) Undermountain was originally created by the dwarves of clan Melairkyn and then greatly expanded by Halaster 3) 1307 DR - Azoun IV is born I think
