Kinda hard to balance but here it is.
My take on Datherati Crystals:

Wondrous Item:
Datherati Crystal
This beatifully carved purple crystal is shaped and treated to act like a prostectic bodypart. Any part of the body can be replaced with the crystalline material be it an arm, torso, leg or so on. Only the face of a head can be replaced as the brain can't be tampered with without inducing strange malbehaviour. It has a hardness of 10, 50 hp for medium sized creatures, double the hp for large and half the hp for small creatures. Masterworked items exclusively, the crystal acts as a magic item in a slot relating to the limb (crystalline arm sacrifices one ring slot and the bracers slot, crystalline leg repaces boots) but can recieve enchantments accordingly. Moderate transmutation and necromancy CL7; Craft Wondrous Item, Creator must have Heal 5 and Knowledge dungeoneering 5, price 5000 gp. For example Battlecrystalline prostethic: 1/day +4 competence bonus to con, str or dex for a minute per character level 1000 gp, Speedcrystalline prostethic 1/day haste for one minute and a permanent +10 movement speed or +4 competence bonus to dex 15000gp. Commerce crystalline prosthethic: 1/day augury and permanent competence bonus of +4 to Int and +4 competence bonus to concentration 20000 gp
