...With 3 wishes, what NDAs would you wish away? (Its ok to make the same wish 3 times--some of those NDAs are so darned resilient!)
My top 3 are (at least I think these are covered by NDAs):
1.) Hesperdan - Every tidbit we get just raises more questions!
2.) Myth Adofhaer - One of the few "old-school" mythals to survive into 3.5e (not sure about 4th)
3.) Gorauna of Cormyr - Ever since reading the GHotR, my interest has been piqued about this villainess.

Thirded.
And the ascension of the 'Dark Three', which may or may not be related to the above.
And lasty, the complete list of names Ed provided to TSR for possible Faerūnian historic figures that may have been bad enough to wind up in Ravenloft.
Not including that would-be King we all know about... |

This is embarrassing, I cant find three.
One I would like to see removed is the one that keeps parts of the Western Heartlands from being detailed. I cant remember the details, but it has to do with an old computer licence.
In general I would just like to see as much of the original Realms as possible, so anything that would hinder Ed from giving information that conflicts with other writers/ sources would be my main target. |

My questions would likely have to do with Cormyr. |
"Instead of asking why we sleep, it might make sense to ask why we wake. Perchance we live to dream. From that perspective, the sea of troubles we navigate in the workaday world might be the price we pay for admission to another night in the world of dreams." --Richard Greene (letter to Time) |

Aysen, I believe one of your three will be PARTIALLY appeased, in time to come. No, I'm not going to say one word more on this, in case I'm wrong (this doesn't come from anything Ed's said or confirmed). Just read this post, remember it, and wait for the day when we both know if I was right or not. By the Watching Gods, I'm such a tease! Think I'll go lash myself . . . love, THO |

Well, do recall that Ed said some time ago that he still has more to say about Hesperdan and that it "will be revealed in the fullness of time." The Lady Hooded one suggested that this could mean that Ed has fiction he's already written, but which is not yet published. And, unfortunately, NDAs prevent him saying anything about the work.

OK, three NDA's to be wished away.
1. Drizzt's sexuality. Is it Bruenor, Wulfgar or Regis? Does he have a male Electra complex? Catti-brie - platonic friend or painful reminder if his mother. No doubt legions of slash writers will already know.
2. Diirinka and Diinkarazan.
3. Llurth Dreier
Of course, an alternative to banished the NDA is letting me sign it. |

The only question is.......would I share what I found out? |

Nope....Atry is busy with Jarlaxle and I am sure D is to upset that he outlived Cattie-Brie after realizing how many years he wasted, that he is no longer sexual at all |

Drizzt has wasted loads of time... and he still doesnt understand what is to be an elf. in 4ed he knows he learned the hard way. everyone is dead but him. he should have taken catt to a nice place lived a life with her had drizzts and catt babies and moved on after she quietly pass away on his arms, happy. grr. |

Who says Catt's dead? Last thing we know in 3rd edition is that she's learning magic from Alustriel. There's plenty of life-extending magics out there... |
I actually DO know everything. I just have a very poor index of my knowledge.

This is starting to be a common point that people bring up. It seems like half of the Realms could still be alive, but I think it would be even more pathetic if they rescued so many of the characters using life-extending magic. I'm not happy with the time shift, but I think it's pretty lame to say "we're now 100 years in the future, but everyone is magically still alive!" |

yeah wotc builds a magical arc that will keep all that are inside alive in stasis while the spell plaque ravage the realms, so when the time comes all npc are put into it. mystra is killed. the spell plague hits killing 1000s but little did they know that drizzts left the door open so catt get sucked out into the world and she left alone in the realms waiting for him to get out of stasis. 100 years go pass everyone get out of stasis to find the world changed. and drizzt sees catt skeleton and crys a shout so loud. "why! WHY! oh lord WHY!" etc... |
