Hey all, I have over time, ended up with a few duplicate copies of novels. I would gladly trade any for one I was missing and we can each pay to ship to the other. Maybe if we all get involved we can have exchanges involving more than two people so all parties get a book they need. I will update as necessary.
Here are extras I have:
The Alabaster Staff- good shape, just slight spine creasing
Once Around the Realms- Same as New Winging it's way to Rinonalryna Whisper of Waves- New Black Wolf- Rare early edition, but came to me in rough shape. Spine creases and worn corners.
Books I need:
The Nether Scroll Threat from the sea book 2 and 3. Under fallen stars and Sea devils Eye The Jewel of Turmish Ascendancy of the Last
The Fractured Skies.

Heh. I've got a duplicate copy of one of the "Threat from the Sea" books [I can't recall which at the moment]. I'd mail it off to you immediately if it weren't for the currently ridiculous exchange-rates in foreign currencies between the US and Australia.
I'll check which book it was and get back to you RW! |

Yeah, we have friends in Warrnambool with whom we sometimes send gift back and forth across the brine.....shipping can be ridiculous even when you plan ahead and stick it on a slow boat!
If I can somehow get my hands on these books , then finish out the serieses that started before the spellplague....I would have all the pre 4$ books. |

Could I just buy Once Around the Realms from you? I'd love to have it, but don't have any of the duplicates you would like. |

I have so many duplicate copies, though unfortunately none of the ones you need. Also, my dupes are all really battered and worn; they're dupes because I needed to upgrade to better copies. I have like four wrecked copies of Thornhold, and even my "good" copy is far more worn than I'd prefer. |

I still have extras of the following if any one needs one let me know and I would only want shipping cost, i want nothing for the book/s.
Here are extras I have:
The Alabaster Staff- good shape, just slight spine creasing
Whisper of Waves- New
Black Wolf- Rare early edition, but came to me in rough shape. Spine creases and worn corners.
Sands of the Soul- early cover
Ascendancy of the Last- got it, but could not get through it, I could be tempted to gift the whole series as well.
Books I still need:
The Nether Scroll
Threat from the sea book 2 and 3. Under fallen stars and Sea devils Eye
The Jewel of Turmish

I have about 6 doubles at home (due to buying some books in bulk)...I'll try and list them here tonight, as they are near my computer in a bag (my brother recently found them stored somewhere) |

Hi Red Walker!
I've been looking for 'Nether scroll' and 'Jewel of Turmish' for quite some time now, myself. They are realy hard to come by, to say the least. Unless you are willing to pay an outrageous price, that is.
Never the less, good luck on your hunt.

Thanks. The only FR book I really paid outrageously for was Mortal Consequences...I already had the other 2 of the trilogy so I needed it. I was lucky enough to get it for around $4 US, but had to pay shipping from Europe! |

Sage, did you ever find which of the Threat from the Sea you had extra? I only need two novels to have everything FR pre-4e. I had a hot streak of luck and found the others second hand in great shape.
Under Fallen Stars - threat from the deep trilogy book 2.
The Final Gate - I had it, read it...and I guess lost it! Not sure if I will ever re-read it, but would be nice to finish my goal.
Extras I still have -
The Alabaster Staff- good shape, just slight spine creasing
Whisper of Waves- New
Black Wolf- Rare early edition, but came to me in rough shape. Spine creases and worn corners.
Sands of the Soul- early cover

I did, but then I forgot to send you a PM.
I'll have to check again. Off-hand though, I *think* it might be the second book. It's been a long while since I've read them. And I'm not likely to read them again, since I've never really been a fan of Odom's work -- for any setting/world. |
