I've just finished the chapter XI.
I really love the ending sentence from the abbess ! "No need to search it.... I know where it is !".
I was afraid our heroes go on to visit so many barrows !

SPOILERS !! SPOILERS !! SPOILERS !! SPOILERS !!
(select the lines to be able to read)

I might have misunderstood the story (I remind you of my French nationality !) but I'm surprised that Geran know so much about Aesperus and that he (and no one) has never heard about the famous book the latter has written.

There is no mention of this item in the Moonsea reference guide, TSR 9474, the only one sourcebook where Aesperus is written about (I believe !). There I saw Aesperus was born more than five centuries before XIV° FR century.
So, as Swordmage happens, it's more than six centuries this mage died.
I'm surprised that the existence of the item has not been revealed sooner or totally forgotten.
How has the abbess learn about the book ?
Is it a secret of the Lathandre/Amaunator clergy ?
I understand that it should be the part of the intrigue that Richad created to build this story.
But I was surprised by the fact that such an item remained secret so long. Who transmitted the information ?
