Character
Description and History
Unable to resist the social pressure of his friends and family,
Lys' gold elf father repudiated her and her mother soon after the
child was born. Lys (second from left in "The Five Black Roses"
painting) grew up in a human settlement with her mother's second
family.
Out of guilt for the woman's death during a goblinoid raid, Lys'
father recognized her and finally brought her to live in Tangled
Trees. There she became an adept of Sehanine Moonbow cult but this
wasn't enough to give her peace of mind. She left soon after in
search of her true self and in Eveningstar struck a fast friendship
with the atypical elf Boadicea and the half-elf ranger Ama. She
decided to stick with her friends, even tough now she is more and
more occupied with church affairs and often unable to share the
wandering life of the other Black Roses. She was recently quite
alarmed by the mysterious substitution of Ama by Thalassia and keeps
a discreet eye on the last one.
