Character Description and History

Leodin was raised by his Father Darius Umanyar and his cousin Ciradan , his mother died during childbirth. Leodin was raised in a small house near the city of Highmoon in deepingdale. Leodin's father Darius was a member of one of the Elven archer units of Highmoon. During the Time of Troubles Leodin's father was killed during the battle of Shadowdale but Leodin's cousin was there and swore a bloodoath to protect Leodin at all costs and that he would raise him until he was old enough to chose a path of his own, and with that Ciradan took Darius's sword and Leodin back to there small home in Deepingdale.

After many year's Leodin grew and was trained by his cousin in the way of the Art and swordplay the same way Ciradan had been trained years earlier. At about the age of 16 Leodin and Ciradan were training as always when a wizard the Leodin's father had crossed swords with on many occations during his adventuring career came looking for Darius and found that he had died years earlier in Shadowdale. The wizard then decided to try to kill Leodin to avenge the losses he suffered at Darius's hand. There was a great battle but in the end Ciradan fulfilled his oath and protected Leodin with his life by slaying the wizard and takeing a mortal wound from the wizard's spells . With Ciradan's Dying word he told Leodin to take what he had learned and make a life for himself in Highmoon . Leodin buried his cousin and took what little funds he had and his father's sword and went to Highmoon.

When Leodin reached Highmoon he found work as a scribe in the temple of Oghma and there he worked and lived for the next 2 years . One day Leodin was in The Oak and Spear Inn when he met a small band of adventurer's, including Vladamir Blackblade and Scott Sharp, and decided to join with them. Leodin and his party are not very well known but are begining to make a name for themselves in Highmoon and Deepingdale.
