I have been running an Underdark campaign, with about five players, for almost two years now. Each player is a verteran, & playing a drow char (of good alignment). And we have found it challenging, to say the least. The city within is Draazenberra, and a Temple to Ghaunadaur & Vhaeraun is present. We use a mix of 2nd edition rules (but Magic Resistance from 1st edition), etc. My inspiration came from Salvatore's books about the drow. And we each look expectantly to our next game session. aka UnderdarkDM

Just have to say that I am working on a huge PW (Persistant World) Module using the Neverwinter Nights game system created by Bioware. nwn.bioware.com The setting is the City of Ravens Bluff, and I love all the work you have put into this site! This is going to become my 1 stop resource gathering site for material concerning FR and Ravens Bluff resources found within the game. The biggest inclusion into CORB (City of Ravens Bluff) will be Sage's Books, Tomes, and Scrolls of Faerun. I will look for other material as well and all work made by those authors will be cited in a billboard within the game. All props go to Sage thus far for creating such interesting new book titles. When I first played it, in my honest opinion, I thought that it didn't seem like such a good game, judging soley on the voice of the first bartender, as is my nature as it's been developed from experience and game(s) impressions from the past. It took me less than 15 minutes however to become totally enveloped into and obsessed with the game. As it stands, the game and its series are in the top 5 list of my favourite games of all time. It's so incredible! From the amazingly detailed graphics, to the incredibly open-ended gameplay and perfects gameplay style (including the beautiful PAUSE feature and the powerful SCRIPTING language), the meticulously programmed AD&D Ruleset, and even the little things like the opening-scrolls which give the names of potions and menu buttons - the little "swoosh" sound and the opening rolls of the scrolls are some of the coolest things I've ever seen. Baldur's Gate is one of the FUNNEST games of ALL TIME! And I have the added bonus of living in the same city of Bioware, living not more than 5km from their offices. I've been there before, in/by Strathcona, and its... beautiful! Magic is created there, and Greg Zeschuk is a genious!, which probably comes from his background as a doctor; he's been featured in local newspapers more than once. It's incredible that such a great game was developed so close to my house, knowing that the game I'm playing was developed a few blocks over is such an amazing feeling, and its sequels like Baldur's Gate 2 and Neverwinter Nights being developed there are just amazingly incredible as well! Bioware is SUCH a talented group of developers, hopefully they'll never cease to create such amazing PC Games!

Well, I heard of this place called candlekeep and that any sod could get all the forgotten realms lore and information that one could need. Now, I aint no berk an I didn't wanna be left in the dark of matters, an so I decided to take a trip away from the cage. This site is awesome! It is the most complete and updated resource I have ever found about Forgotten Realms. You guys are the best. The fact that your site shows all of the Novel covers of the original TSR novels and explains the new releases by Wizards is greatly appreciated. I have been a D&D/Forgotten Realms/Dragonlance fan since High School. I'm in my upper 20s now but have rediscovered that I still love this stuff.More power to you guys!
