Okay, this is an odd question, but a relevant one. I'm doing my campaign analysis here, and in 2000 (real world), 3.0 D&D was released. What year was it on Faerun?
I know this is random, but my thoughts are that it was 1371/1370.
Thanks in advance, /d

It was 1372 |
For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

Thanks Kuje for the quick reply, however, the FRCS was released 1 year after 3.0. That's why I figured that the years would be earlier than 1372. Is this logical/illogical?

(edited so I don't look soooo stupid, FRCS released 2001) |

Still think it was 1372..... there was only 2 or 3 FR products before the FRCS which were modules and or tie ins to novels or monster books. |

Thinking of that, What year was the adventure Death of the Dragon set in? That would end this right quick (and I'll bow to your wisdom, it may well have been before shieldmeet 1372).

1370 DR/1371 DR were the dates for the last 2e FR product -- Cloak & Dagger -- released in 2000.
