Are there any known drow who worship Mystra (other than Qilue, of course)? They'd be of a good or neutral alignment, a magic user, and one who doesn't worship Eilistraee. The concept of a Mystra-worshipping drow seems interesting, especially with the events at the end of Blackstaff.

SPOILERS for anyone who hasn't read Blackstaff!

It was said that the members of the sharn who remained sharn at the end of the book were those that would become dhaerow if they decided to live in Rhymanthiin. It wasn't said, though, if all were followers of Corellon or Arunshee or if some were followers of the other 4 gods responsible for the creation of the sharn, one of whom was Mystra.

I think it might be possible for some of the dark elves to have worshipped Mystra before the fall of Arunshee into Lolth, even though it would have been rare.

Anyway, if there is a precedent for Mystran drow in the Realms, I'd love to hear about it. So far, I haven't turned up anything but the Seventh Sister, Qilue. Also, I'd like to hear what you all think about the possibility of Mystran dark elves in the sharn (or if my timeline is wrong completely).

Well, Lirial does according to Elaine's new short story.

There's there's Susprina's relative. Calimar Arkhenneld 27th Wizard, Male Drow, CE, Mystra, Enchanter, Master Emeritus of the School of Enchantment and Charm of Sshamath, Drizzt Do'Urden's Guide to the Underdark.

There's probably others.

For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

Miyeritar was an empire of dark elves (just that, dark elves, not the modern day synonym for "drow") and wild (green) elves. It went down before the Descent to events described in that novel or Lost Empires of Faerūn. Apparently, they expect that the magic that sent all dark elves into the Underdark is still about (which I doubt, but anyway) and thus all pre-fall Miyeritar dark elves will be forced into the Realms Below too.

As for the initial question, there is next to nothing known about Miyeritar or the faiths its inhabitants followed. Given that it was a realm of elves, I would be hard pressed to see any great worship of Mystra there (was she around (well, she was, of course) and had such an influence on Faerūn's population back then?). You may ask this question in Ed Greenwood'S thread though.
