I’m finally reaching the closing stages of a project I started in 2005 – A NWN module based around the Luskan, Mirabar, Xantharl’s keep, Lurkwood area. I’m despairing a little as NWN is on the decline with the release of NWN 2, ALFA have already charted that area quite capably and another North Faerun based PW has just sprung up but I’ll darned if I’m just going to put 2 years work in the bin and start again.
So in a view to getting it up on a server ASAP, before NWN dies completely, I am seeking a few kindly souls with decent realms knowledge to have a wander around the area of the North I’ve tried to faithfully recreate; and point out any geographical mistakes, broken quests, bugs and unfinished areas.
Previously, I have been doing the play testing myself but it has become obvious that if it is to be finished anytime soon, I have to concentrate my efforts on the building and scripting.

| I'll gladly give it a whirl. My PC has a faulty GFX card right now, so I can't play NWN until at least mid-week, but when I'm back up and running I'd happily be a guinea pig. I haven't been able to play on many FR PWs, and those I have played on have been pretty devoid of human activity or populated by the "hardcore RP" set that seem to think good role playing means sitting in a tavern with a level 1 character speaking in an accent about the time they killed a mighty dragon, rather than going out and actually interactng with the world. |

As fas as I am concerned, you might want to drop me a mail to let me know when your ready and I see if I get around to testing it out as well.

I'll be willing to give you a hand.. I'm making my own PW as well, but it's only about 60-70% done so far...
But, yeah.. Shoot me an email (Sherincall@gmail.com), I might lose this topic in the shuffle.
Also, if you'd like some help with building, just let me know (For qualifying.. you can look at some of my work here) |

Am almost ready to start handing out areas for beta testing on this.
Could a mod please tell me if it is acceptable to put links to the necessary hak files here?

I got in a big mess with this. I had a PC 'accident' and I ended up with lots of different versions of the module with different combinations of Areas attached.
Anyway, I picked a version at random and put it on a server. It needs a big clear up because some of the bits that were finished are now not...so the playtesters are more important than ever.
I'll be PMing all the people in this thread to give them the 2da.hak file and the server password. If any other scribes are interested make it known and I will PM you the necessary bits.
Apart from a couple of others I haven't asked anyone else to help...so this is an exclusive Candlekeepers server at the moment. Unfortunately its set too far north to include Candlekeep...unless anyone knows of a portal....
