Priestesses of Hathor eschew the use of the titles Lady Priestess and Lady High Priestess as is technically their due in Mulhorandi society, preferring to be known to the populace simply as Sister or Mother. Speciality priests are known as reverend mothers.
Although some temples have their own hierarchy of titles, the clergy use such Titles as:
- Novice - Daughter - Sister - Midwife - Mother - Favored Sister - Favored Midwife - Favored Mother - Nuturing Sister

Hello Vic,
I found the all following titbits of lore in an old Deities & Demigods from TSR from 1980. I assume this is official lore, cause there is Advanced D & D Adventure Games written above. At least some of the lore wasn’t written before in your topic so let’s see:
Hruggek :
Bugbear shamans worship Hruggek by offering him the blood of their enemies. The shamans status is dependent upon how many opponents they have defeated.
Skerrit The Forrester Lesser God of the Centaurs
Centaurs worship Skerrit through dances and mock hunts on every night of the full moon. Many Satyrs also worship the Forrester, though they have no clerical members.

Deep Sashelas
Mortal sailors sacrifice to the god for their safety and aquatic eleven clerics take theses offerings and trade with other mortals for the gain of the entire race. Clerics of Sashelas time their religious ceremonies to coincide with especially high or low tides. The sea elves, like their friend the dolphins, are mortal enemies of sharks. Clerics will often conduct ritual shark hunts.

Sutur (Fire Giants):
As a talisman, fire giant shamans often carry a severed head (usually human) that has been cured and dipped in molten steel.
Thrym (Frost Giants):
Frost giant shamans often placate Thyrm by freezing their still living sacrifices in new ice.

Grolantor (Hill Giants):
Grolantor’s creed is persecution of all inferior races (i.e. all those smaller than hill giants). Hill giant shamans will refuse to admit that other giants are actually larger than they, preferring to think of them as equals.
Skoraeus Stonebones (Stone Giants):
Stone giant shamans cultivate an attitude of indifference and aloofness. It is their belief that the doings of lesser mortals should have little influence upon the affairs of Stoen Giants. They regard both law and chaos with suspicion, and are inclined to repulse the overtures of either.

Yeenoghu
Gnolls worship the Demon Prince. Gnoll shamans compel worship of Yeenoghu through fear of the god’s wraith should he be slighted. Yeenoghu’s symbol is his triple flail, and all of his shamans wield similar (through non-magical) weapons.
Maglubiyet
Goblins and Hobgoblins both have other evil deities as well, but Maglubiyet rules them all with an iron hand. The Mighty One requires sacrifices of creatures with souls, and these ceremonies usually take place on nights of a new moon.

Kurtulmak:
It is said that Kurtulmak has thought the first Kobolds the import arts of mining, ambushing and looting. Kobold shamans always wear orange robes with a white death’s-head sigil on the chest.
Vaprak:
Ogres and Trolls worship Vaprak for his uncompromising ferocity and ability to destroy whatever lies in his path or causes him trouble. Vaprak sometimes rewards his worshipers by granting them berserk rage in battle, if they pray for it.

Semuanya:
Lizard man shamans emulate Semuanya’s taciturnity, and usually counsel avoidance of humans, humanoids and demi-humans. They are often the leaders of lizard man tribes.
Laogzed:
The most important rites in the worship of Laogzed are always held for below ground at Midwinter. At this time, Troglodytes gather together for the ritual of the Shedding of skins, where the Trogs (who grow throughout their lives) remove their old, dull skins, and the sacrifice theses husks to their god.
