It looks pretty accurate, but I did notice at least one mistake. The Double Diamond saga is apocryphal, which is to say it didn't happen, and was a made up story by Volo, and that's canon. Nevertheless, it should be fairly solid for Hurusan's purposes. |

WOTC claims otherwise since I asked them about it last year since Monsters of Faerun references those novels in the greater doppelganger entry. WOTC said that when 1377 comes around, some form of those novels ARE canon. I have the email still, if it needs to be shown. |
For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

I wonder what they mean by "some form". |

Well, based on what they wrote in Monsters of Faerun. I'd say the basic plot of the novels. I.E. a doppelganger tries to kill Peirgeiron as he/she poses as Peir's wife, etc. |

Hmm, that sounds about right. |
