Anyone know the generic Wood and Wild Elf honorifics? (ie. Lord, Lady, Sir, Your Magesty, whatever) If anyone knows the specifics for the Chondalwood region that'd be the best but any will do.
I realized I can't really finish up some of the names of my npcs without knowing what thier titles would be (and thus, how people refer to them).

Coronal is a ruler of an elven realm... Ed has mentioned also the elven equivalent of 'Lord', but I just cannot remember what it is.
Sage? Wooly? |

It's from around July of last year... I don't know the exact date; I was out of town for part of that week.
quote: ELVES (additional to Coronal, etc.): [[The following terms aren’t used in every elven realm or community.]] The mayor or ‘chief of police and defense’ of a community is a DESMRAR (DESMRIL if female) (“DEZZ-mrar” or “DEZZ-mrill”) A far-traveled, experienced elf who knows or remembers a lot, and can impart it (humans might use the term ‘sage,’ but that often implies book-learning and deduction, whereas the elves mean someone who’s seen with their own eyes, and only augments their own experience with what they’ve learned from others) is often, regardless of gender, called an ALANTAR (“Al-LAN-tar”) A war leader (unit commander) or mission leader is sometimes called a TELEGAUNT (“TELL-eh-gont”), regardless of gender, but this term is usually used only if the individual is a veteran of proven merit A SHEE (in some places, “SHREE”) was a wise female elder, strong in magic (in some cases, High Magic specifically; this is a corruption of the very old Elven word VELARSHEE) (“Ssh-EE” or “Shh-REE”) Finally, IYILITAR (“ILL-i-tar”) was a unigender equivalent to Coronal in elder days, but is nigh-forgotten today

Actually, that particular reply was from Ed back in March '05 -- the 13th as I recall.
My bad... I was going by the date on the file. |

Also, I found 'Laranla' (queen) in Krash's Timeline of the North. I have a hunch that I also spotted 'Laranlor' (king) somewhere... maybe Krash or Ed posted it? |

"Laranlor" is the masculine form of Laranla.
Take a look at this entry from the FRML:- Laranlor
