He recently also won the greater knitting competition in the Abyss |

I tried to get in touch with Domogorgon's PR incubus, he declined an interview when he found out I was male. But in hindsight I guess you are right about that needles rumor. After all how could've Demogorgon used them...unless he wore gloves...

Admittedly, Demogorgon showed incredible skill, but with that celestial knitting needle rumor running around I'd like to know if he can perform as exceptionally with a regular pair... |

Eltab's misuse was never proven, since he did win the 346,874,294th Annual Abyssal Knitting Competition with flying colors I'd say that the burnmarks on his hands came from the exceptional speed. You know, tracktion and all that... and I mean, boy! he was damn fast with those needles.
I think the towels in Zzass Tam's place were knitted by Eltab in two tendays, quite a feat to supply such a big-ass dwelling with towels. Which was another reason for Zzass to keep Eltab imprisoned, knitworks became, after all, his trademark gift for weddings, birthdays, and, strangely enough, invasions... |

Zzass in speedos...frightening, good thing Eltab taught him some of the knitting methods, otherwise we'd be likely to see those cards return. Although if you've seen his knitwork you kinda wish he DID return to those cards...
Can you believe it... on one of his visits to Warlock's Crypt (keep?) he asked Larloch if he had found a place of honor for his interpretation of Karsus' Folly. Larloch never cast an illusion so fast before or after that incident, after all he had used that knitwork thingy to scare away a bunch of high level adventurers... |

I heard that tapistry somehow evolved into some sort of living construct...and you know how Lorloch is such a softy and couldn't get rid of it so now he pays the thing scale wages to "lose" Tam's other attempts of knitting and embroidering |

Although it is rumored in Rashemen that the new banner of Ssazz's has been of his own manufacture and that since he had his troops carry it even the sturdiest giants and gnolls, who are still breathing of course, have deserted and that the "Gleaming Horseshoe Brigade" as it is inaptly called, for that thing looks like everything BUT a horseshoe (actually he wanted to show everyone his "crowning glory"), is the laughing stock everywhere...as long as it is seen from a distance.
Even his commanders deserted the unit, now Tam uses it only for policing, or cleaning gutters from vermin, unless they are undead.
The Simbul in a rare flash of pity is reported to weep over the misuse of a "silver-dragon-snake-like-no-wait-it-looks-like-a-spleen-with-rays-shooting-out-of-its-eyes?" thing |

umm, topic...though Errutu plays a big part in the Drizzt storyline of novels he/it was just an average, run-of-the-mill balor tanar'ri 
ahhh, the poor Gleaming Horseshoe Brigade...they were never the same after Szass Tam knitted each trooper that lavender muffler and matching booties to equip each crack warrior with "winter" gear
After the Brigade's untimely defeat in that mountain pass it is now trendy in Thesk to say you caught someone "purple footed" when you get the jump on them
