Currently I'm statting Hssthak (sarrukh mummy) back at WotC Realms NPC Characters II, and I have some questions : how come he's statted Sorcerer 10/Archmage 5 when he doesn't meet requirements for Prc (able to cast 7th lvl. spell etc.). I've checked the errata and nothing ...
The other possibility is that maybe Sarrukh have racial spellcasting ability (that would be logical considering all their background) like couatls (9th lvl sorcerers).

What do you think ? I would very much like to use couatl similar version ...

It probably was an error.
There tend to be alot of those.
When it comes to NPCs meeting the requirements for PrCs.

I would have no other or better explanation. Things like this happen.
Just pump up the sorcerer levels to meet the requirements or drop the PrC depending on what CR you are looking for of course. Well, you probably know your own way out of this dilemma.

If you want to be sure about it though, you should go to the WoTC page and use the "Ask Wizards" feature. They should be able to give you the answer. Maybe Wooly likes to provide the proper link, as he usually does. Right Wolly?

Edit: I would too, but I cannot excess the WoTC page.

Actually, that's not one of the links I keep handy for passing out...

But you can get to the Ask Wizards feature at the bottom of this page:

Thanks Ergdusch (maybe administrator at your work blocks the site) and Wooly. I wonder if I'll ever get an answer from WotC. So no one has an opinion about racial spellcasting of sarrukh ?

I have a bunch of links I keep handy in the "CK Catchall" part of my Linkies! & Linkage! html files (one's for work, one's for home). But that particular link isn't one I've ever had to give out before, so it's never made the list.

Per their write-up in SK, they don't have racial spellcaster levels.
