I have looked far and wide for stats on a chosen of mask, but alas...my efforts have been futile!
It is now time to turn my fellow gamers for advice, I know of a few chosen of mask: Erevis Cale, Avner of Hartwick. But as I mentioned before my search has been for naught. Can anyone help?

Erevis cale is the ticket...yes, but i was looking for a template for creating my own serapth of thieves. i did tjeck out paul's good work on erevis. ;)
You gotta have powerfull "evil" characters, in fact equally powerfull to any good chars, all for the challenge and balance of the game. at least thats my opinon.

Good good! have darkness increase its fearsome power to threaten and cause fear. So that true bold heroes may strive to bring back the light through hardships and true challenge!
...and ..well erevis isent that evil! pracmatic is more like it.

Nothing official.
You may be able to use the Cale stats I provided links for above, as a basis for creating your own 'Chosen of Mask' template.

In the first book of the Erevis Cale Trilogy (I'm reading it now), that crazy, numbers obssessed cleric of Ogmha mentions that there are 5 chosen of Mask...or at least thats how I interpreted it. Erevis was "First of the Five", Riven was "Second of the Five"...
The Sage kindly listed the 4 that have been released through FR sources, guess that leaves one for all us DM's to play with and devise. |

I believe the author created a tenative stats for Cale.
He is level 22, Chosen of Mask. CR=26. |

No, but presumably this is extrapolated from the Chosen of Mystra and Chosen of Bane templates which are both +4 CR. Also, as a shade, he should have a LA (I forget what the current ruling is) which will further increase his CR. |
