Do you mean the original Fogwarden of 2nd ed. or some updated version for 3rd ed. ?
not long ago in my basement i stumbled over an old and dusty cardboard box with many Dragon and Dungeon issues. In Dungeon #54 i found a creature called Fogwarden. It is in the Side Treck "Eyes of the Iceborn" by Jeff Crook.

The original, but the reference isn't needed any longer though. Was checking for someone else for a project that was being worked on.
