Alas, after some (painful) digging through rescued boxes of books, I conclude that my Dragon Annuals are no longer with me. (Curse it.)
If by any chance another kind scribe out there would happen to recall the salient points regarding Alustriel's queenmantle (in a Silverymoon article; the first Annual, I believe), could they send them along to me? Post or PM, whichever would be most convenient ...

In 2E parlance, +2 to all saving throws, immune to spells of level 1-3, immune to poison, immune to weapons of less than +3 enchantment.
