There's a lich under Mintar's harbor that interest me..
From empire of the Shinning Sea :
He exists there to this day, his sphere long buried by silt, while he continues to create bizarre and dangerous hybrids of various lake-dwelling creatures.
So I'm looking for 3.x creature in various MM to make these, some could be high CR.
