Hi,

In old references and PoF, magical pools that possess the ability to recharge magical items are mentioned.

Someone wants to help me build stats for them? (maybe using the Magical Location of DMGII).

I can't help you here... but I would recommend you alter the title of your scroll because right now it isn't sending the right image for potential scribes to read and determine if they wish to assist .
