Strange... I thought this gallery had already been posted online at WotC shortly after the module's release. I seem to recall using several of the images shown here as desktop wallpapers for a few weeks when I went through my "crazy-drow-loving" period in early 2003.

The images are well artistically drawn and I myself can hardly do anything like that. I like those images, well painted and realistic enough and maybe use for avatar portraits. |
We have fostered trust, recruited loyalty, and gathered the faithful. We have trained thousands. Our legions can cover the land, fill the sky and travel through the darkness. We can hunt any and all that would deny our heritage. Now is our time, now is the time of the Dark Reign(Rain) of the Empire of Shadows. - High Prince Telemont Tanthul, Lord Shadow In a speech given to the citizens of Shade Enclave At the celebration of the Shinantra Battle victory when he revealed that he was THE Lord Shadow of legend. |

I believe you are correct. When I ran the adventure a couple of years ago I seem to remember printing pictures from the Art Gallery to show my PC's so they saw what they were fighting.
Whether or not its already been released, it's a very odd move to make it available now, years after its release. |

It had been released before, I've several of the monster-pictures waiting to be used in my "1 easy-to-print page for every monster" project. |
