I think he was talking about post IDs . . . the most recent one before I started typing this was Post #7591, so unless someone posts before I finish this, it'll be #7592. He was joking that geting up to #10000 would be easy for all the new Learned Scribes. In other words, you six would be doing the large share of the work.

But if you're lucky, I might write a few more of my trademark wordy posts! (Boy, what are the odds of that? )

It's good to have a lot of post... but if it's full of gibberish, that's not very useful. Making a lot of post doesn't mean you share a lot of knowledge

That applies to some, mostly former, members.

Life is good, but there's still some dusting, collecting and archiving to be done... And of course some partying in the Inn...

Congrats Bookwyrm!

Congratulations, Drummer Boy, zemd and Bookwyrm!
May your knowledge only expand more here. Thank you for sharing it with us!

(edit: I was having some capitalproblems. Now, we wouldn't want that, would we? ) Enjoy being learned, all

Love magic for itself. Do not treat it just as a weapon to reshape the world to your will. True wisdom is knowing when not to use magic. Strive to use magic less as your powers develop, for often the threat or promise of its use outstrips is actual performance. Magic is an Art, the Gift of the Lady, and those who wield it are privileged it the extreme. Conduct yourself humbly, not proudly, while being mindful of this. Use the Art deftly and efficiently, not carelessly and recklessly. Seek always to learn and create new magic.

Has anyone else noticed that Zemd is now the second-ranked scribe? She sure has been busy . . .
