An Entropic Reaper from Libris Mortis fits it to a T in both appearance and abilities; it fits it so well I've replaced the dread wraiths in the Deck of Many Things result with one.

Hmm interesting, thanks Arivia
The other option I was thinking of using was the Aspect of Nerull from the Mini's handbook.
Marraenoloths are good "appearance" wise... but not really in function. That is, unless you interprete the Reaper's collection of souls as an extension of the marraenoloth's "Styx boatmen" role.

Yeah Ill probably use the Aspect of Nerull or I might alter the Entropic Reaper and make it NE

Unfortunately no... I got back from the library too late. Why? Good FR campaign ideas perhaps?
Very much so the idea it gave me is a Heresy for Followers of Kelemvor.
A NE Evil Cleric of Kelemvor (hes taken the Heretic of the Faith and Touch of Benevolence feats) basicly the cleric believes that every thing must even out when it comes to Kelemvors portfolio of death. If the cleric casts a cure spell to heal someone then he must cast an inflict spell on some else, if he cures disease then he must infect someone with a disease if he raises someone from the dead then someone must die. He has bond a "Reaper" (either an Aspect of Nerull or Entropic Reaver to do his bidding)
