Hey, where can I find information about the Humans of the Shining Plains? I've looked at the 2e sources Vilhon Reach and Empire of the Shining seas. I'm thinking of treating it like the Bandit Wastes.
Any lore you could post or pointing me in the right direction would be very helpfull.
