Does anyone know anything about the Sunrise Spire? This place is shown in the FR Interactive Atlas, just a little bit to the north from Chionthar River and exactly between Baldur's Gate and Anga Vled.

Apparently there isnt much else

Someone asked about it on the Realms list last year and no one could come up with anything

People Speculated that it was probably a Temple of Lathander

Prayers from the Faithful contains the only tidbit of lore on the Spire as I recall ATM... in the "Tome of the Morning" entry.

You might want to ask Ed in his scroll about further details... since there exists so little officially published lore on the location itself.

The aforementioned reference in Prayers from the Faithful indicates that the Spire itself was once a Lathanderian monastery. It was destroyed in 1177 DR.

Not a problem .

I still think you should also ask Ed. You never know whether he might have some little Realmslore tidbit he can share with you on the Spire itself.
