Sage, Ed tells me: Yes. (Within limits.)
No, he doesn't have veto power or final say, and although he's seen rough pencils for this, the image linked to here at Candlekeep is the first he's seen of the colour prototype (look closely, folks, and you'll see that this IS rough prototype artwork).
