Im trying to create a map using Fireworks 4 (Ive given up on CC2)
I want to create a map with that has gridlines however the only gridlines Ive been able to find are the ones that Fireworks super imposes over the image to help you draw and they disappear once you take the image out of Fireworks ie display it in the browser or print it.
Anyone know a quick and easy way to create gridlines that will remain part of the image? or am I going to have to draw each line myself to create the grid?
Thanks in advance

Well not knowing the progran can only offer an idea or two.
Draw a grid with the program, you certainly should be able to do a grid or import one. Then transpose grid image on map if the program allows double exposure.
Another option of course would be drawing the grid as map of the map. That is draw lines along the layout tool. Yes I know having to draw a grid each time takes longer, but this should clearly work. |

Why not scan in a piece of graph paper and go from there? |
