Those interested in knowing where us various scribes live, might want to go have a look at this, and if plenty enough people does so, we'll soon have the answer.
To those wanting to know where they're going before clicking - it's a sort of map where you can fill in your place of residence, and 1,2,3 appear on said map. I joined about a week ago, and no spam so far.
Edit: Link doesn't work any more, so I removed it.

There is a rumour going around that I have found god. I think is unlikely because I have enough difficulty finding my keys, and there is empirical evidence that they exist. Terry Pratchett |

Kajahase, don't forget, after this week if this thread slows down, you might want to bump it just to make sure anyone here in the states that was away from their computers while travelling for Thanksgiving gets a chance to list themselves as well . . . we all know our dear furry friend is incommunicado for a bit . . . |

Ah yes - and I still don't understand why it's the Americans who celebrate that a bunch of religious fanatics left Europe |

And even with just 10 (ten) members, we're already getting proof about the truth of the saying, "It's a small world."
Alaundo lives in the city (Nottingham), in which one of the colleges has a yearly one-week exchange-program. Big Al,in case you're a native - you didn't attend Billborough college, I hope? Because then it gets scary. |

Well met
My oh my, 'tis indeed a small world. Alas not, Kajehase, but my abode is merely a couple or so miles away from this location and I have been known to frequent a certain countryside tavern with a huge oak tree at the front, not to far from this place of learning |

I'm in. This is pretty cool. I'll have to try and find a photo that's half decent to add. Anyone else think that our Brazilian buddy Chosen of Moradin looks like Ali-G?? And who would have thought that the Sage was a sith lord?? Spooky.

I'd agree, after 'subscribing' I went and had a look at www.earth.google.com and downloaded their little toy. Amazing what level of detail is available. |

I tried the image with Obi-Wan's lightsaber, and it just didn't have the same effect. I wanted ominous... and I think that's what I got .

Wait until I've uploaded the latest batch of my "Lightsaber Strikes" series to deviantArt Tifus. You'll see clearly the many different ways lightsabers can be applied to situations in everyday life... .

Indeed, it is MuadDib. It's an old image now though. Since it's summer here (or rather almost), I've lost the beard and mustache and my hair isn't as long.
Oh, and the Lady K has been trying desperately to sway me back toward the Light Side. So the next image you see might be of me with Windu's cool purple lightsaber .
