While frequenting this site, often I find something like "ToT" and have no idea what it means, so I thought it might be helpful to have a topic here for reference to find out what each abbreviation means. Post any you know and its meaning in here, and I'll start us off.

In the FAQ is a list of often used abbreviations. It contains most well known ones, but might have to be updated with the newer abbreviations from 3rd ed. products.

Ahem! ::scowls at Mumadar and rubs bruised ribs::
This topic has been raised before over here. I think Mumadar was trying to point you to the REALMS-L FAQ on the site and not the Forum FAQ which is absolutely useless for FR abbreviations
Unfortunately we here at Candlekeep do not own the REALMS-L FAQ and cannot amend it, we will all have to wait until it is officially updated and sent to us by the maintainers.
I suppose a page on the site listing ALL abbreviations for FR products could be of use in addition to this. ::scribbles another task on the 'Evergrowing Task List of Candlekeep' scroll::

<looks back quite innocently at the ancient master>
Hmmm... maybe this could be a little project for some of the resident scribes... rather then putting it all on the shoulders of the guardians of lore, Alaundo and Tethoril...
Oh... ehm... yes... I guess I misplaced the link to the wrong FAQ... |

Sorry Alaundo, I didn't realize there was already a topic just like mine, so go ahead and delete it if you think it is unnecessary. Anyway, it would be nice to have a page about abbreviations on the Candlekeep site, IMHO. |

Well, the abbreviations are over here at http://www.candlekeep.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=168. Also, I think SR stands for spell resistance. |

Ahem, it appears we have a problem, a scribe has become lost! Someone around here hasnt been performing their duties, there are tomes and scrolls littered everywhere Ahhhh, I think I need to look mayhaps a little closer to home for the culprit |
