Hi, i'm Arilou (some of you may know me as Arilou_skiff from the D&D boards) I've been playing D&D more or less seriously since a few years before 3rd. ed. came... I'm mostly a Planescape fan, but for some reason we always end up playing in the FR (current game is one run via MSN with some fellow people on another forum)
As the intro line may have given away I am swedish (which, let me tell you, is a bit problematic when trying to coordinate a D&D game across the timzones) my greatest weakness is probably a tendency to get bored and make new characters, as well as having (to quote my DM "Outrageous character concepts" :p)

Hello, Arilou, and welcome to Candlekeep!
This being the best halls of knowledge that exist (no mention the dwarven halls, of course  ) in our loved Toril, feel free to research anything, of any topic.

Welcome to Candlekeep! 
Feel free to ask any questions you may have... A lot of us have been Realms fans for years, and we know a thing or three about the setting. Plus, we've got some of the authors and creators here! 
As for the rest of us, we are friendly, mostly harmless, and occasionally strange... Enjoy your stay! 
I believe I remember you from those boards... I know the name is familiar, and not just because of Star Control... |
