I heard that there is going to be a series featuring Artemis Entreri and Jarlaxle after The Hunter's Blade Trilogy. If anyone else hears anything more about this please post it here!

yes... this has been talked about quite a lot.. and i believe some have mentioned RAS has confirmed it himself during some chat/Interview session at one point in time that he plans a trilogy of Jarlaxle and Artemis right after the Hunters' Blades |

Zacas is correct, RAS has confirmed that while he is Writing Hunters Blades he will do Art and Jar Short stories (as in the upcoming "Best of the Realms" ) and after Hunters Blades he will either do a Book or a Trilogy on the Dynamic Duo, and begin writing Drizzt and Co. Short stories. |

FYI: Both characters also feature in one of the short stories in 'Realms of Shadow' |

SPOILER:::::
. . . .. . .. . .. . .... . . . . . .How do you folks feel about Artemis' recent "absorption" of shadow stuff in Realms of Shadow? How will this affect his relationship with Drizzt? I am of the opinion that it will reinvigorate him, prolong his life and even the playing field between him and his drow nemesis.... |
My latest Realms-based short story, about a bard, a paladin of Lathander and the letter of the law, Debts Repaid. It takes place before the "shattering" and gives the bard Arion a last gasp before he plunges into the present.http://candlekeep.com/campaign/logs/log-debts.htm |

I agree, but I don't think he will be as obsessed with Drizzt as he was before, even if he discovers that Drizzt is alive. In a previous book he had decided that even more important than reaching his goals was 'enjoying the process of getting there". That's a huge character developement for him, and Jarlaxle is a good influence in this regard (if in no other regard!). |
