To tell you the truth, if I had known this forum was here and was this popular I would probably have over 2,000 posts by now. :P I love the realms and have been playing 90% of my games in this setting since 89 with various excursions into Ravenloft for some dark fun ;)

Anyway, my name is Shawn and I am the webmaster of Realms of Evil. I am also an ENWorld Newshound and a big time realms fan. In fact, I would probably live in FR if it was real and I had the choice :P

My favorite official character? Manshoon. Gotta love a wizard with hundreds of clones running loose with one being a vampire lord ;)

My own favorite character from the realms? Well, if you've ever been to my site then you'd know that to be Zanatose Everhate, my drow lich from the time of the drow's banishment into the Underdark.

Anyway, glad to be here and posting. ^_^

Well met, LordEverhate, and welcome to Candlekeep.

Aye, that'll teach ye to sit confined in thy study, plotting dark and evil ways Nevertheless, i'm glad ye found thy way into our humble library, and hope that the many tomes and scrolls of Realmslore keep ye occupied for a long time to come

Enjoy thy stay.

Thanks Alaundo :) Good to be here.

Also, I wouldn't mind eventually helping with the site's content. :)

Welcome to the community, 2,000 posts are not all that had to do over time. One needs to watch out for Al whom sometimes has to reduce posts, though from want I have seen actually does not reduce post counts. It has been stated that this ability to reduce post counts does remain within the control of Big Al should it be deemed proper.

IAE there is much to read here and may you find the scrolls useful and you may contribute to them effectively.

"Small beings can have small wisdom," the dragon said. "And small wise beings are better than small fools. Listen: Wisdom is caring for afterwards."
"Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding.
"After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first."

::...we were caught completely unawares that day, as I remember. Listen well my student, and I tell you of the time that the King of Chaos came to "visit" Candlekeep.::

Greetings King of... err... you're calling yourself LordEverhate here . Hmmm... I can see that . Regardless, it's nice to see you've finally made the trip here to Candelkeep.

I wonder how the Dark Speaker's Archimedes of the Huddled Masses would fair against Alaundo's Staff of the Irritated Moderator +5... .

I for one am glad to have you aboard .
