Now that WotC have divulged info on the 4th quarter releases, does anybody know which novels are Realms based?
Promise of the WItch KIng is apparently the next Artemis/Jarlaxle book.

Man... I just realized there's two novels and a sourcebook coming out on 11/4, and I want all of them. I'm going to have to remember to set aside some cash for that... |

Best of the Realms: Ed Greenwood - 7/1
Farthest Reach: The Last Mythal #2 - 7/1
And you know, they all must be mine...mine...mine |

Ditto, but there's a week separating those three releases. November has the same amount of stuff, but all in one day. |

You know they won't all actually show up in stores on the same day. Those are just target dates; the reality is, they ship when the printer gets finished with them.

Well, the good news is that, based on past experiences, many items have shown up earlier than WOTC's target dates. I've found this especially true when it comes to novels and paperbacks in particular. Perhaps I'm just being a tad optimistic that this trend will continue. However, we all like to hold onto some delusions. For example, I cling to the hope that a certain family in Arrabar will triumph during events in a soon to be released novel without losing any member. |

I've said it before and I'll say it again. So many novels to read, with so little time (I'm reading the Eberron novels now, as well). |

I know this is a slight aside, but I'll admit that I was rather pleased with the two Eberron novels I've read so far.
I may just have to continue purchasing them.

Yes, that's generally true. Though Ruby Guardian seemed to lag a little.

Me too. I'm just disappointed the Bladesinger novel won't be out this year... maybe they're waiting for me to finish mine. |

::chuckle:: Well, that would be today, then; the galleys for Emerald Scepter arrived, so I'll be proofing them and getting them back to WotC in the next few days. Then it's on to prepress, off to the printer, and . . . everyone keep your fingers crossed that copies are available at Gen Con.

Wonderful news to hear and thanks for sharing this information. Good luck with the copies being available at GenCon and remember to wash out any cuts made by pliers or sharp corners of FedEx boxes with soap and hot water. |

Last I knew it was part of the Priest series, dealing with Umberlee. |

Do they fence in tournaments like Mr. Byers? Do they have a trilogy with killer dragons currently? No.
So, it's Mr. Byers for me. You go ahead and live dangerously. Just tell me what you want on your tombstone. |

Is it just me, or is the entire priest series focusing on evil dieties? It's the main reason I haven't read any of them.
Also, I may be behind the times, but could someone please explain the dislike of Eberron? I find it hard to root against any game setting in this day and age (well, maybe Star Wars. But that's a separate grief...). |
Doggedly converting 3e back to what D&D should be... Sigh... And now 4e as well. |
