           	| Champions of Ruin is our next FR source book

What are you hoping to see in it?

 The Offical blurb

 3 new races
 Over 30 new spells
 New feats and prestige classes
 ------------------------------------------------
Which tell us there will be Crunchy stuff

Me Id like to see the Following

 An Assasin Class (WITHOUT SPELLCASTING)

The Paladin of Tyranny from Unearthed Arcana introduced into the realms (perhaps the Knights of Black Gauntlet are actually Paladins of Tyranny who follow Bane)

More spells from F&A, F&P and DhD converted to 3ed

 More Initate of X feats

A nice Organisation Diagram for the Zhentarim

More info on Evil monk orders

Chosen Templates for those evil deities we know have Chosen

A list of Evil deities and where they have churches in the FR
 -------------------------------------------------------------
For "Champions of Good" *Pokes Thomas Reid with a stick*

Id like to see write ups for Paladin and Monk orders for Good deities

More 3.5 conversion spells for stuff from F&A, P&P and DhD

 More Initate of X feats

Something on the Cormyrian War Wizards

A list of good deities and where they have churches

                      | More details on the planes of Faerun, fiend-lords, celestial paragons, and unique outsider champions of evil and good.
Richard Baker (I think) mentioned that there might be some planar touchstones that are unique to the FR cosmology, and that really intrigues me--especially if it involves planar history, geography and interesting NPC's.

I will be delighted I know with whatever is found within; I loved Lords of Darkness, so any NPC's, adventure hooks or lore that I can use in my campaign will be appreciated greatly. Although it is the prospect of new planar lore that excites me the most!

                      | For this "Champions of Good" idea...
I'd love to see what the Tel'Teukiira are doing, and perhaps more of what prompted Khelben to do the things he did.

quote:I'd heard that as well. Of course, while it would be exciting to see such details I fear that they'll likely be carry-overs from the generalised touchstones detailed in the PLHB.Richard Baker (I think) mentioned that there might be some planar touchstones that are unique to the FR cosmology, and that really intrigues me--especially if it involves planar history, geography and interesting NPC's.

I'm certain that many here can tell you how disappointed I have been with the less-than-direction attention that the planes of the Realms have received since 3e. I've been wanting some significant detailing since the revised cosmology, even though at heart I'm still a devotee of the Great Wheel.

As it is, I cannot wait...
