“I am the King of Rome, and above grammar”

Emperor Sigismund

"Its good to be the King!"

Aw, here I was trying to think of what the punchline was!

So far, I'd come up with these:

They both have four letters in their names;
They're both place no sane person would want to go ();
They're both secretly ruled by an undead megalomaniac;
They're both fictitious places that exist only in the minds of Ed Greenwood and thousands of fans...

Kossuth plagued with water problems . . . go figure . . . If it had been the Ishtishia river or some such I would have really wondered . . . or at least tried to see who wrote the article/.

I was looking for that elusive punchline too.

“Darkness beyond twilight, crimson beyond blood that flows! Buried in the flow of time. In thy great name. I pledge myself to darkness. All the fools who stand in our way shall be destroyed…by the power you and I possess! DRAGON SLAVE!!!”

"Thieves? Ah, such an ugly word... look upon them as the most honest sort of merchant."
