Oooh... I do like the looks of that Iron Golem.

I can't see much use for it in my FR games... but it'll fit in nicely with the Sith-constructs currently running amok in my SW campaign.

Here's something for the mathematics- and philosophy-interested scribes:
I am in the process designing a few bookshelves in the stairs leading up to my flat with a fantasy theme, and for this purpose I've bought two boxes of the Giants of Legend series. Now, what are the odds of me getting a double with the two first boxes I buy, and that double being a rare (Battlechanter), and furthermore, seeing as this is a rare - should I be pleased or disgruntled?

There is a rumour going around that I have found god. I think is unlikely because I have enough difficulty finding my keys, and there is empirical evidence that they exist.

Oh, and the huge models - a behir and a bulette (yay for the landshark).

There are 24 Normal Rares in GOL

In each box you also get a huge

Huge Minis are divided up between Huge Uncommons and Huge Rares

There should be a Rare Huge in every 4th booster you buy

The Bullete is an Uncommon and the Behir is an Rare

Just to compare the odds and such . . . out of four that I have managed to get, I have gotten a gold dragon, a red dragon, a fiendish tyranisaurus, and a Nightwalker.

The 1 in 4 thing comes from a case

A case has 12 boosters 9 of the Boosters will contain Huge Uncommons 3 will contain Huge Rares

So getting two battlechanters from two purchases - not a common occurence then. It's a good thing I like bards.

Curse You!!!

I managed to get two Treants, 1 Bulette, and a T-Rex. Traded the Treants away for something that I can't recall, just had to get rid of them.

Can someone suggest a good URL for a simple printable B&W list/spreadsheet of all the figures? Something that's good for checking off which ones you have and which ones you don't?

Thanks,

Artemis Enteri
Guenhwyvar
Nentyar Hunter
Large Deep Dragon
Mounted Drow Patrol (I dont remember if they had mounted Drow in the D series)
Dark Naga (Im pretty sure this was an ed Greenwood origional)

MikeD one of the set designers said that Underdark would have more FR related minis than any other set (the previous winner was Arch Fiends which had 15) So there should be at least 16 FR related figures in underdark

Is anyone playing a generally all Drow band? Or an all FR? Never thought about that combination before.

Thank ye, Dargoth. I wonder, with thy extensive monitoring of the D&D mini's if ye could possibly list all FR mini's in each series? I can then transfer the list to the Candlekeep site for reference

Have there been any new rumors floating about the potential D&D counterpart to the AT AT in the Star Wars line. I head some conjectures, but I haven't heard anything since then.

I just heard some rumors that it was a Dracolich and maybe something might be said at GenCon, but to my knowlage the rumor has never been confirmed, and from everything I've read about GenCon nothing was said about it.

If they make a Dracolich that big, it better be very well done.

Hmm, I wonder what type of Dragon it will be, a Red?

The Colossal D&D mini is strongly hinted to be some sort of Dragon.

I strongly suspect that it will be either a Blue or a Green

There was suppose to be a Blue Dracolich in GOL but it got canned due to the sculpture not coming out right as such the LE Minis faction got screwed and didnt get a single huge figure to call its own.

Im hoping that the Colossal is a Dracolich as it would make a Aniversary piece for the FRs birthday next year
