Well Balors do have a Strength of 35

Ive always thought of Demons being the more Physically stronger while Devils have more brains

For example if a Balor encountered a group of Paladins intering in its plans then it would simply charge in swinging

A Pit Fiend on the otherhand would try and corrupt the Paladins to his cause

True. But I tend to think of balors with regard to their powerful magical abilities -- rather than just their strength.

I must say that I'm not hugely into the 'signed' bit re my FR products, but I do smile when I see the signatures and messages in my FRCS lovingly sent to me by mates there.

I'd rather get something signed by THO ... like a Thayan slaver's whip ...

Only $10 more for it being signed? But then again, when the unsigned one goes for $85 <shudders>

Oh those look awesome. Plus its nice to see some more tie in back to the Realms again after the glut of Eberron minis in the last few sets.

According to MikeD Underdark has more FR figures than any other set previously releaed. Archfiends had the previous record with between 15 and 20 figures, so there should be at least 15 or more FR creatures in Underdark set

The 'Underdark' expansion is coming along quite nicely.

I think I may just pick up a few of these...

You'll surely keep buying Boosters until your pull an Elminster mini?

Very nice, I might actually pick some up. Just so hate the ideal of random collectable minis.

I know FRP Games usually has a pretty good selection of singles on it.

Here is a link to their site:

Hmmm... good point .

Although, with the Universe expansion for the SW minis line already being released... my gold pieces are going to be stretched rather thin over the coming weeks.

I'm limiting myself to $200 for SWU, so I'd say about six booster packs. After that, I'll try for singles.

Why?

your probably better off buying them as Singles

At least one online stores is selling a complete set of Commons and a Complete set of Uncommons as a pack (You get 1 of each figure) also some of the less popular VR are quite cheap ie 10 USD
